“Not only was Derrick practically half of the price of other companies, but I’ve never seen such a thorough carpet/area rug cleaning. He also took extra steps to protect our door, walls, other flooring etc while doing an impeccable job cleaning our rug that our elderly dog had urinated on. He was able to make time for us the same day we called, which was wonderful. Our nice area rug not only looks new again but SMELLS new again, despite the pet accident. I can’t recommend this company enough! Will definitely be using them again in the future!”
